Hello,

is it possible to seperate the network with devstack? My wish is that i have after the installation on my 4 interfaces diffrent networks.

  1. I need one network for the external (internet) connection: interface eth1
  2. I need one network, where i my data of the migrate Virtual Instances can be send, because the trafic can be very high there.
  3. I need one network to manage the instance, like start, stop, reboot such thinks.
  4. And one network for the virtual instances.

And as an extra feature it should be work with vlan.

Is this only a wish or is it possible to get such an configuration with devstack? Or it is only possible with openstack?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the links. My thought was that it is possible with openstack only.

But my question is, is it also possible with devstack, that i can write all the important values in my local.conf file? An do you have for that also a good link?

Yes even with devstack, however you have to manually configure n/w as suggested in above link.
