Currently i am studying beginners guide for open stack v3.0 which not seems to be very informative. I am just wondering is there any other good book for open-stack beginners ?

On face value it's not targeted at beginners but the OpenStack Operations Guide ( http://docs.openstack.org/ops/ ) gives a good (and up to date) overview.

For getting up and running I would read the version of the Basic Installation Guide, also provided by the OpenStack Foundation, applicable to your distribution of choice: http://docs.openstack.org/
