cannot create regular file `/etc/keystone/keystone.conf': Permission denied

hello to everyone i'm a little new to openstack... error "cannot create regular file `/etc/keystone/keystone.conf': Permission denied" i created a user called kateb and i gave password-less sudo permissions to it... when i start installing devstack using ./stach.sh command this error comes up and it ask for permissions. i tried to use stack user before creating kateb using su - stack but when i tried to install i get errors too...

please help me out of this error

You can try to delete /etc/keystone directory before install using stack user.
