Hi,

I am working on openstack environment and I already enable ceilometer module. I have created a tenant.

When I go for tenant specific metiring tab, It is showing no meters are found.

My Question Is:

Is there any setting is requied to all metrics alive or based on usage statistics dumped in the database..?

Thanks,

Hi,

if all is working all metrics are stored in a mongoDB (per default). You can switch to an other DB type but it's not recommended. You should check via CLI if you'r metrics are working correctly

Maybe if you have a running swift with ceilometer extension

ceilometer statistics -m storage.objects.size -q 'project=xxx'

Cheers Heiko
