Can we install openstack cloud on rhel5 or centos 5 ?

i am using centos 5.9 to install openstack but openstack-utils package is not available what can i do.

I'm downvoting this question: try to install and if it fails, report the errorrs you get. I think a question with a 'yes/no' answer has little value for this site.

It doesn't seem like the user actually wants to ask the question he has titled the question with. The missing package is his actual concern. So the answer is actually not a "yes" or a "no". But yes, the question should report the exact issue.

I cannot give you an answer about the specific question on openstack-utils. However, to answer the question asked in your title, about running OpenStack on RHEL 5, I suggest you take a look at this wiki page where users have noted the solutions to some issues they came across when installing Nova.
