Please explain what do you mean when you say "the time before executing the command" and "the time after executing the command". What exactly are you looking for? Is it the turnaround time: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turnaround_time?

If it is the turnaround time that you want for keystone token-get, then just do a time keystone token-get. You will get an output which has three meters: real, user and sys; "real" is the clock time you might be looking for.
