Is it possible to deploy only keystone and horizon?

I want to understand deeply openstack so that i want to deploy one by one from the source code (not deploy from tool like DevStack). But during the deploy time i meet so many problem but i will ask you one by one. Currently I deploy 2 services, one is keystone for authenticate and another one is horizon for user can access the dashboard via GUI. After finishing deploy 2 services above, i run following command to access horizon

python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8888

After login with username/passwd is: admin/secrete, it redirect to the url http://0.0.0.0:8888/admin/ and appear problem below

Please help me to check it out, thanks you so much. Is it possible to deploy only keystone and horizon, whithout anything else?

You can see on this page: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/h... that the minimum required services for Horizon are Nova, Glance, and Keystone. It is not possible to install only the Dashboard and Keystone at this point.

(Before installing the rest though, you could e.g. directly access http://localhost:8888/admin/users/ to see the Users page, since that page only relies on Keystone data.)
