Error: Failed to launch instance "": Please try again later [Error: No valid host was found. ] [closed]

i try to run an vm istance in horizon dashboard and i have this error in horizon Error: Failed to launch instance "io": Please try again later [Error: No valid host was found. ].

Then i see in nova-sheduler.log, and i find this:

Hardware Virtualization is disabled on Compute Node. Reasons:-
1. kvm_intel or kvm_amd is not loaded
2. Virtualization is disabled in BIOS.

Make sure, that on Compute Node /etc/nova/nova.conf contains line :-

Is package nova-compute-qemu installed on Compute Node ?

Verify several things :-
1. kvm_intel or kvm_amd are  loaded
2. Virtualization is enabled in BIOS.
3. Make sure, that on Compute Node /etc/nova/nova.conf contains line :-
4.Package nova-compute-qemu is installed on Compute Node

I am facing similar issue .I get the error for few instances but not for all ( I can launch test instances ). How can I figure out what is going wrong ?

Can anyone help me ?

Login as admin to dashboard and system-panel->hypervisors. It will show you wrong picture. Restart openstack-nova-compute on suspected nodes
