vnc in the dashbaord says "Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)". The set up is by devstack on ubuntu 12.04 with KVM.

I checked the log for n-novnc, it has an AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'InstanceInfoCache'. Though I believe the actual error has something to do with my token validation. Any help?

Also, the following didn't help (In fact, I have every service running in the same node) (

Hi, I've seen the same issue in my setup based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, however this fixed the issue for me:

In havana, from nova.objects import instance_info_cache in opt/stack/nova/nova/objects/ is missing. Thanks a ton.
