Is the source code for HP Helion community edition available for download?

It's mostly pure Python so you have the sources right there in the main download. The sources for the rest of the distro are available at as a tarball at https://helion.hpwsportal.com/#/Category/%7B%22categoryId%22%3A10218%7D/Show (https://helion.hpwsportal.com/#/Categ...)

HP Helion CE is based on TripleO. If you want to read the source code, please have a look at README.rst at https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-... . You may also want to have a look at "tripleo-image-elements", "tripleo-heat-templates" , "diskimage-builder" and "os-collectd-cofig". Links to all these projects are in the README.rst file
