not able to delete port

when I am trying to delete external network, it is showing multiple subnet associated with the network .And when I am trying to deleted subnet, it is showing it is associated with multiple ports and when I tried deleting port it is showing internal server error.please guide me to solve this problem

Try to delete first internal interface to private network.

Hi ,

Please check whether you have allocated any Floating IP from that network , if yes first deallocate that IP and try deleting the ports.
