I have openstack havana in RHEL 6.3

I have a netapp simulator(ONTAP 8.2). I added the required licenses, and iscsi service is also running in the simulator.

My cinder conf file is : http://pastebin.com/WEZnhXJj

when I am trying to create netapp volumes, the error in cinder volume logs is : http://pastebin.com/9kFkyehY

cinder scheduler logs :

I solved this by adding disks to aggregate and created a volume in that aggregate

Hey, The ECONNREFUSED error exhibited in the log file is typically a credential error from the host while connecting to your simulator. Ensure you have the proper IP/Host resolution to reach the simulator.

Another item to check(a bit outside of the driver) is to see if the iSCSI service on the host and the simulator can see each other from the iSCSI perspective.
