I am trying to download the HP Helion OpenStack Community Virtual Install and it downloads small 12KB file named hp_helion_openstack_community.tar.gz.csu . I tried downloading it on chrome/Firefox/explorer and always the same problem. I would really like to be able to download it to evaluate this software.

Yea, something looks broken there. However I was able to get the file. Logon with the HP Net ID and go to the download page. Click the download button and hit the Install button... Now copy and paste this into your browser:

https://cdn.downloads.pp.palm.com/protected/rights.pod1.prod-core.hpwsportal.com/1377/files/hp_helion_openstack_community.tar.gz.csu

The file I got was 4.1GB... Hope this helps...

The download will take 30-60 minutes to fully download.

Once downloaded remove the trailing .csu in the file name.
Follow the deployment instructions here - https://docs.hpcloud.com/helion/commu... - to get started.

Yes I have been following the instructions on that link.The problem is, when I click download I get a 12 KB file that takes 2 seconds to download (which is not the 4.15 GB file that I want)

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I am able to download "hp_helion_openstack_community.tar.gz.csu" which is only of 12kb.

Same here... in the tar file there is just a png file....
