Can not change the VM password with nova API on icehouse

I sent this code :

You cant change admin password of VM on KVM by api.

Check that the compute driver you are using actually supports the set admin pass action, many do not including the default Libvirt/KVM driver:

Typically even for the drivers that do support this action it is contingent on the correct guest agent being installed in the instances being modified.
