unable to create devstack stack

I installed devstack but am unable to create orchestration Stack, it shows "ERROR: Template not in valid format: mapping values are not allowed in this context". plz anyone provide valid template URL and Environment URL.

what template URL are you using? if you are following the instructions here http://tinyurl.com/mllqmv3 with the F20 image then you can try the F20 templates under here: http://tinyurl.com/nh2yze7 make sure you use the git "Raw" URL of the template when you specify it as the URL to heat

I am trying to create the stack by above URL,but it shows status "failed" and the status reason "Error: Creation of server stack1-DatabaseServer-amdang3tpxt6 failed."
