When I'm trying to delete an object immediately after uploading it, I got "object not found".

Make sure container updaters are not stuck and that container server is not overloaded (causing the immediate update to time out). The question appears to imply that that the update makes it way through eventually, which means that updaters do actually work, but perhaps crawl.
