Can Xen/Centos/LibVIRT be used together or not????

The title says it all. Does that combination work, and if so, can somebody please point me to the correct documentation. What docs I can find seem to be VERY sketchy. I've seen "no way" and "sure" but I need better docs if it does work.

And if it doesn't work, how do I set up Xen with Openstack??? Again, poor documentation.
