how to access instance created using the default RDO insrallation.

I have installed icehouse using the RDO quick start guide and created the cirros instance, can someone help me how can I access this instance from server. I have tried ip netns utility but not able to ping the instance. Can someone please help me on this? I am using the neutron local network type which is default in RDO.

In security group add all ICMP & SSH rule. then allocate floating IP to access the VMs.
