dhcp seems unstable, creating the VM and delete, repeat this action several times later, VM will not be able to obtain an IP address View dnsmasq, process exists.

[root@network neutron]# ps aux |grep dns

Please , set temporary dhcp_lease_duration = 120 in neutron.conf (neutron-* services restart) to see DHCPREQUEST from running VM, and DHCPACK from dnsmasq, like this:-

My next question:-
$ neutron net-list
Select you private network-id
$ip netns | grep network-id
If it gives you qdhcp-network-id
$ip netnns exec qdhcp-network-id ifconfig
$ip netnns exec qdhcp-network-id netstat -antp

dhcp_lease_duration configure DHCP lease probably mean duration. Changed to 120S, great pressure on DNSMASQ do? Where document describes the configuration dhcp_lease_duration?

Just set temporary dhcp_lease_duration=120 (240) && start VM && post /var/log/neutron/dnsmasq.log
capturing data for 2min * (5-7) times. It won't heart.
Why problem went away ? ( is resolved)

Thank you very much, the problem is solved, but I did not quite understand the meaning of such a configuration. Where this document parameter it? Where a document? Thanks again
