This is related to guide at http://openstack.redhat.com/Adding_a_...
Updates for answer file on this pages say nothing about :-

# Type of network to allocate for tenant networks
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPE=vlan

# A comma separated list of VLAN ranges for the Neutron openvswitch
# plugin
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_VLAN_RANGES=physnet1:10:20

# A comma separated list of bridge mappings for the Neutron
# openvswitch plugin
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_BRIDGE_MAPPINGS=physnet1:br-eth1

# A comma separated list of colon-separated OVS bridge:interface
# pairs. The interface will be added to the associated bridge.
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_BRIDGE_IFACES=br-eth1:eth1

With
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPE=local
and all further instructions skipped.
I won't be able to achieve Two Node Neutron OVS&VLAN Setup
My question is :-

Am I missing something on page http://openstack.redhat.com/Adding_a_... or this page has to be updated ?

Yes , same CentOS 7 && Juno. In production environment nobody does like Setup AIO Node then + Compute + Compute + ...
There is standard schema to write answer-files for MultiNode Deployment.

On virgin H/W hosts with CentOS 7 installed make a preliminary decision which one would be Controller, Network,Compute Node. Corresponding IPs hard-coded into answer-file. Then packstack --answer-file=MultiNodeSetup.txt run just once and build all Nodes at a time .

It may be 1 Controller, 1 Network , 2 Compute Nodes. When packstack accomplish it's work via proper written answer-file all nodes are done and functional. I just posted in blog a simplest example to build Two Node Cluster Compute&&Network Node + Compute Node ML2&OVS&VXLAN setup.

This was answered here (how to reuse an existing answer files of a multi-node installation):

Can I use the same answer file from the first setup and extend the CONFIG_NOVA_COMPUTE_HOSTS
My question is different : The answer file which I have was generated by packstack --allinone and that is all what I have. Settings like :-
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPE=local
and missing
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPE=vlan
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_VLAN_RANGES=physnet1:10:20
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_BRIDGE_MAPPINGS=physnet1:br-eth1
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_BRIDGE_IFACES=br-eth1:eth1

require updates not mentioned at http://openstack.redhat.com/Adding_a_...
Am I correct ?

I apologize for not clarifying my question from the begining.

o.k., sorry, yes the instructions on the RDO page doesn't mention how to change your network mode to use vlan and I would suggest not to go that way and do a new deployment using neutron/vlan (and you've to configure your nic on your switch as trunk to use vlan) and in my case I'm using 3 nics.
