How can i inject a file into windows instance in openstack?

I create a windows7 instance in my openstack essex, i want to inject file into it .(1)how to do it? (2)and how can i inject file with apis? (3)can i inject file to instance when it is running ?

The short answer is: you may need a newer version of OpenStack. Long answer is: you could try to use the metadata server and use an equivalent of cloud-init for Windows. Have a look at this great post:

a new version? do you mean the version of folsom. can i upload my file into windows instance easily with folsom?
