Problem with Ceilometer Errno 111(AMQP server on controller:5672 is unreachable)

Hi how can i fix this error please with Openstack Havana in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS:

Is your rabbitmq configuration on your celimeter.conf file correct? Verify celiometer installation process, then restart telemetry services.

OK, please enable debug and verbose mode on your ceilometer.conf file. Then remove your ceilometer log files and restart your ceilometer services. Then pastebin your new log files here [only links not the file itself].

I think you have an issue with your mongoDB. Try this:

# mongo --host controller
> use ceilometer
> show users
> show roles
