nova-conductor usage cpu 90%

Hi, it's the normality which nova-conductor on the controller node use constantly about 85/90% of cpu?

It could be that it occasionally reaches those peaks but if it is a constant behavior I think there is a problem. Is your cloud infrastructure 'very busy' (continuous creation and deletion of VMs)? As nova-conductor is in charge of making nova related RPC it could be possible that behavior only on heavy loads on your infrastructure.

Are your nova log files showing any kind of ERROR? What are the characteristics of your controller node (CPU & RAM)?

the controller is a vm with 2ghz and 2gb... I detect the problem in "Unknown MySQL server host"... the nova conductor try a connect on a server that don't exist! How to change the host?

you could set it in your nova.conf file. try reading these sections (1,2) of installation guide.

in nova.config there isn't the old server... is it possibile ?

Did you update nova package (trough apt-get upgrade)? Normally it would ask if maintain your config file or substitute them with standard package one...
