Socket.error when loading proxy server

Loading 'rcopenstack-swift-proxy start' and get the following error.

My Stuff up.

i had tried to redirect the logs to in swift-proxy.conf log_address = /var/log/swift

permission all right.. though issue is it needed to be set to /dev/log

not sure how to brake logs out for each task but put this back to this setting and starts up fine.
