I've installed openstack havana packages in a 64 bit RHEL 6.3

When I create a new volume using the command "cinder create 1" , the volume is in error state.

cinder scheduler logs

cinder-volume logs

 include /var/lib/cinder/volumes/*

 Defaults:cinder !requiretty
 cinder ALL = (root) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/cinder-rootwrap /etc/cinder/rootwrap.conf *

I followed standard openstack havana docs :

If you want finally AIO Havana Host ( with cinder) up and running ASAP
1. CentOS 6.5 ( at least) due to namespaces support.
2. View RDO Icehouse Quickstart packstack --allione will take 30-40 min.
If you target is to learn , then ignore all written above.

Stdout: '/usr/bin/cinder-rootwrap: Executable not found: tgt-admin (filter match = tgt-admin)\n' checking your logs, I see that you're missing an important executable. Try installing it and see if that solves it.
