Hello

I want to make this type of network for my openstack architecture but I find the documentaton not very clear : http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-network/admin/content/demo_logical_network_config.html

In the case of "Per-tenant Routers with Private Networks" I understand I just have to share the exrnal network between the tenants and it is finished.

But in the case of "Provider Router with Private Networks" how to share the router between tenants ?

Thank you for your explanations!

I think that doc page must be wrong - it has the "Provider Router" belonging to "demo".

I agree - the example is confusing. It has the admin user creating router1 and net1 for the same tenant (demo). It should have the router belonging to the provider tenant (admin in this case). The admin user will still be able to create interfaces on it that are connected to other tenant's subnets (demo's subnet on net1). Maybe it should be noted that user "admin" has the special admin role and the default quantum policies allow a user with the admin role to do this.

Also the name “demo” is a poor choice for the non-provider tenant as some docs/guides have putting a user with the admin role into it. Something like tenantA would be better.

I'll open a doc bug.
