Errno 111 Connection refused Openstack Ceilometer

Hi,pleaaaaase help me to fix an error in Ceilometer:

Error communicating with http://controller:8777 [Errno 111] Connection refused and this error occures after some mnogodb database changes

    ***my ceilometer.conf file is:
