When I enable swift in local.conf stack.sh does not complete installation. Though there is 'Container' in Horizon UI but when I click it says that "unable to retrieve container list". OR once I got "Could not connect to proxy server" when doing stack.sh.

Swift should installed through devstack if enabling this options on the local.conf file:

enable_service s-proxy s-object s-container s-account
SWIFT_HASH=66a3d6b56c1f479c8b4e70ab5c2000f5
SWIFT_REPLICAS=1
SWIFT_DATA_DIR=$DEST/data/swift
