packstack --allinone is failing on on CentOS with yum issues ( needing upgraded python

messages like : Requires: python-dogpile-core >= 0.4.1)

havana-7 of rdo-release is used .

should I use CONFIG_USE_EPEL=n or =y ?

In any case : i have installed both :

yum install

yum install

Is the installed python 2.6.6 enough for the packstack ?

Attempt to reproduce the bug on CentOS 6.5 VM running on Fedora 20 KVM server
2 Virtual CPUs & 4 GB RAM have been allocated to VM.
I had not notice any problems of current Havana-7 source and Python 2.6.6

Step by step instructions and installation logs follows bellow

Set up RDO Havana-7 on CentOS 6.5 VM (04/12/2014)
Installation Screen Output Havana-7 & CentOS 6.5
System installation log

Cannot reproduce the bug.
