Nova multi compute node stuck scheduling

I built the system with 1 controller node and 4 compute nodes, follow the guide: http://behindtheracks.com/2013/12/openstack-havana-flat-networking/ (http://behindtheracks.com/2013/12/ope...)

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 64bits OpenStack: Havana release

4 compute nodes has same hardware spec and software config (only IP different). When I start an instance, if it's scheduled at compute Node 1 and Node 2, everything was fine.

But if it's scheduled at compute Node 3 and Node 4, the instance stuck at "scheduling". I've try to reinstall OS or packet, but didn't solve it.

I checked nova, libvirt log on Controller and Compute node, but didn't find the trouble.

Could you please give me a help? Where can I begin to check? Many thanks.

Turn Nova debugging (edit /etc/nova/nova.conf) on one of the compute node's and try creating another instance and post the log here.
