I'd like to know if someone was able to build CoreOS Clusters on top of OpenStack and got it work as designed and could share some insights about it.

Update April 10th:

We're discussing this issue here on CoreOS Dev google groups:

Thanks!

Official CoreOS docs for Running CoreOS on OpenStack are here: https://coreos.com/docs/running-coreo...

You can even use CoreOS on public OpenStack clouds, like rackspace: https://coreos.com/docs/running-coreo...

I confirm that CoreOS Cluster works fine on OpenStack (in my case on RDO Havana), some things which you might be aware of is:

create a new dicscovery tocken, each time you boot up a cluster.

be aware that your coreos and ec2-cloudinit works:

run "journalctl -u ec2-cloudinit" to make sure all things are working (etcd, fleet. cloudinit, ..)
