ceilometer coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, NoneType Found

Hi All,

I am trying to install and use ceilometer. I am able to install ceilometer however when I run

"./bin/ceilometer-collector" i get the below error. Please help

Which version of Ceilometer are you running? Havana?

It's a permission problem. Check the permissions on your configuration files and log files - make sure the relevant user has access to them.
