What sort of errors show up in your nova logs what you attempt to create a network?

There are two issues:

  1. nova-network is possibly not started
  2. The command for adding the network is nova network-create demo-net --bridge-interface=enp5s0 --bridge br100 --multi-host T --fixed-range-v4
