Officially Hyper-V 3.0 means Hyper-V Server 2012. The latest version is Hyper-V Server 2012 R2.

Here's al list of features: http://www.cloudbase.it/quantum-hyper...

In addition, security groups support just merged for Icehouse.

Thanks,

Alessandro

Keep in mind that Hyper-V networking options will also be able to use Neutron plugins to radically extend feature set depending on plugin used.

For Hyper-V, the easiest way is to use the ML2 or OpenVSwitch plugins in Neutron and install the Openstack components on Hyper-V (Nova, Neutron, Ceilometer) with the installer: http://www.cloudbase.it/openstack/ope...
