How can I rollback an instance from its snapshot?

Hello everyone,

When I invoke the openstack api, I found that, It only has create, delete and list method. But when I want rollback snapshot, I can found the proper meth

Anyone can give me a hand, Thank you very much.

you can rebuild instance and select snapshot as "Image"

nova rebuild Instace_name InstanceSnapshot

There is not "rollback" or "revert" API. The alternate method is just create a snapshot, and then when you want to rollback, you can just delete your instance, and create a new instance from the prior snapshot.
