Anyone know if there is a stable Havana release anywhere?

I've Googled and also searched http://OpenStack.org and find some information here and there and some links, but everything leads to a dead end. Where can I get a stable release of Havana with manuals?

The "product" page for the Havana release is here:

It has links to the source code and release notes. Packaged versions are available from the distributors (RDO, Ubuntu Cloud Archive, etc.).

Havana documentation is available here:

If you want to have a small 4 node stable Havana Setup, use the RDO side [1] and follow this excellent guide [2] from Lars Kellogg-Stedman on how to use Packstack and get your stable environment up and running in 30 minutes:
