I want to know if it's possible to add a route to a neutron virtual router (namespace).

Is there any possibility that a virtual router can know a private network that is not directly connected ?

Thanks!

Yes, via the extraroutes extension: http://docs.openstack.org/api/opensta...

And via the CLI:

neutron router-update [router_name] --routes type=dict list=true destination=[cidr],nexthop=[ip address]

For example:

neutron router-update router1 --routes type=dict list=true destination=40.0.1.0/24,nexthop=10.0.0.3

Simplest step to add a route to a virtual router:

First you have to select virtual router or add a name of new virtual router with route. After doing this click add in the interface box & select already defined interface from top-down. Now repeat this step for entire interface that you want to add with virtual router.

If still you are facing issue while doing above process then i recommend you to contact with https://www.netgearroutersupportnumber.com/ (Netgear Support Number).
