How to add a new network to existed instance

Hello, everyone! When I was creating a new instance, I can use the command to join a network, but after I removed the network, how to and add a new network to the existed instance?

The command 'nova network-associate-host ' only can manage nova network and can't work in neutron network. In neutron network ,you can use 'nova interface-attach' instead.

nova network-associate-host command
usage: nova network-associate-host {network} {host}

if you don't have a network you will first have to create one.
