My VM is behind a proxy. In order to install devstack script, I added to the sudoers file the following line:

Defaults env_keep += "http_proxy https_proxy no_proxy HTTP_PROXY HTTPS_PROXY NO_PROXY"

Then I export the variables as following:

http_proxy, HTTP_PROXY: local http proxy https_proxy, HTTPS_PROXY: local https proxy

no_proxy, NO_PROXY: my local ip

when i start ./stack.sh i obtain the following error:

Installing keystone script to /usr/local/bin

Installed /opt/stack/python-keystoneclient Processing dependencies for python-keystoneclient==0.2.2.14.g9392732 Searching for requests>=0.8.8,<1.0 Reading http://pypi.python.org/simple/requests/ No local packages or download links found for requests>=0.8.8,<1.0 error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('requests>=0.8.8,<1.0') ++ failed ++ local r=1 +++ jobs -p ++ kill 5280 ++ set +o xtrace stack.sh failed: full log in /opt/stack/logs/stack.sh.log.2013-01-25-132650 ./stack.sh: line 1: 5280 Terminated spinner

how can i solve that problem?

Perhaps try installing the Python requests library: http://pypi.python.org/packages/sourc...

If you have proxy issues that are preventing pip from fetching packages from pypi.python.org , there will be a number of subsequent packages that you will need to manually install.
