How to fetch latest e4 keystone source code ?

I'am trying to download latest e4 source code. I'am doing git clone https://github.com/openstack/keystone.git (https://github.com/openstack/keystone...) , but I can't find manage2 files ;(

I believe e4 is released on the 1st of March.

I'm not sure what you mean by manage2 file but is it this? https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/bin/keystone-manage (https://github.com/openstack/keystone...)
