Will Grizzly give one the ability to create a layer 3 agent from the dashboard?

Hello,

Will the dashboard in grizzly have the ability to allow one to create a layer 3 agent or agents for a particular tenant?

Any information would be appreciated.

the grizzly dashboard gives you the ability to create "routers" from the GUI. "l3-agents" are just one way of implementing routers.
