Problem might over here , --listen-address 192.168.122.1 , It should be listen to 10.0.0.1

Hugo, there is nothing wrong with having a dnsmasq process listening on 192.168.122.1. It's run by libvirt, not sure why, but I have it on my installation too and it doesn't interfere with Nova. (It has its own bridge, virbr0, and address, 192.168.122.1, and as long as these are distinct from those used by Nova, everything should be fine.) Jeenandra also has two dnsmasq processes listening on 10.0.0.1, and these are clearly from Nova, as they should be.

Jeenandra, can you include the output of "ip addr show"? It provides more information about bridges than "ifconfig".

Also, it doesn't look like you included the complete contents of instance console. Could you please include that? You have to be able to see the instance getting an IP address there, or it's no wonder you can't ping it.

Lastly, check for dnsmasq's DHCP requests in /var/log/syslog. Are there any error messages there?
