Could you paste a dozen lines from your /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings file before and after line 106? Looks like there's an issue with how the settings were modified.

Hi Julie Pichon,

CACHES = { 'default': { 'BACKEND' : 'django.core.cache.backends.locmem.LocMemCache' } I removed the 'LOCATION' : '127.0.0.1:11211' settings from the stanza (as recommeded by the open source doc.

Then I changed the following ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['*']

The dashboard started working !

Here is my /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings

Glad you resolved the initial issue (though from what you commented out I don't really see what was the problem before :/).

That other error message doesn't look familiar to me. Could you share what version of OpenStack this is, how you installed it, and also what's the Django version?
