quantum-2012.1~e2 ImportError: No module named server

After installing using the following commands:

tar zxvf quantum-2012.1~e2.tar.gz

cd quantum-2012.1~e2.

pip install -r tools/pip-requires

python setup.py install

quantum-server

I get the following error:
