I have a brand new Swift 1.8.0 cluster that I have setup with the following servers:

sproxy1 -> running proxy server sdev1 -> running account server, container server and object servers. sdev2 -> running account server, container server and object servers. sdev3 -> running account server, container server and object servers.

I start out with no data on any of the storage servers under /srv/node/sdb and /srv/node/sdc

I can replicate the following behavior every time:

I start up each of the sdev servers with swift-init start all and wait for a few seconds. Through a 3rd party client (cloudberrylab), I add a new container. Within minutes, I am seeing the following on sdev3:

Figured it out after looking at it. Issue with how I inputed the new server (sdev3) into swift-ring-builder. Sorry for the inconvenience.
