Could not able to start the instance

This line

WARNING nova.scheduler.utils ... No valid host was found.

means that the Nova scheduler doesn't find a suitable compute node for running the instance.

Ensure that your compute nodes are registered (openstack compute service list).

Also check the scheduler log after setting DEBUG logging in nova.conf.

The problem may be related to the Placement service. Ensure it is running and check its log, too.
