Hi,

I am trying to create two data centers which are connected to different networks. I have one public network, one router and 4 privat networks which are connected to the router (moreover router is connected to the public network). First instance is connected to networks ONE and TWO and second instance is connected to THREE and FOUR networks. NICs on VMs are configured during creation. Cloud image Ubuntu 18 04 . I have assigned floating IP to the first instance, ssh to it and try to ping second instance, and I can ping only one IP on second instance. When I am trying ping second IP - I have no response. Openstack version is 4.0.0. Could you please help me to solve this issue ?

Below check list you have check 1. routes are proper on VM 2. check two instance are is spawned on same physical host or different. make sure routes are proper between physical hosts. 3. any firewall check security group once

VMs are in the same physical host. I have check routs on the instance with command 'route' and it has only gateways it is connected to, but it is possible to ping one of two IPs of second VM even if there is no gateway of subnet, IP of second VM belongs to, added to routing table on first VM.
