As a openstack admin how can i access the instances which are running on the other projects.

these are cloud images and root is disabled on these images. the only option is to ssh password less login to them so i need to .PEM file to ssh to the instances.

i am the admin to those projects and can see all the instances as well.

tried openstack keypair list but it shows the one for my projects.

openstack version Stein

You need to ask the owners of those keypairs and instances.

As an admin, you are not supposed to look into instances that belong to other people, except if they give you permission.

Of course, you can use libguestfs tools to access a virtual machine's disks. However, if the VM owners are smart, they encrypt their data.
