Hi,

I am planning to install devstack on VM. As part of this i started bring up of devstack on Ubuntu 18.04 VM via VirtaulBox.

When we try to run stack.sh installation process hangs at "clone to /opt/stack/cinder".

Please find the local.conf file which we are using below.
