devstack installation error on pyScss

Hello. I'm trying to install DevStack but script fail with the messages below. I'm trying it from a freshly installed Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS. Is there something I should have done before trying to install it? I followed the instructions at ( and issued chmod 755 /opt/stack.

I think new release of setuptools v46.0.0 with ( broke pyScss

Same error since Monday on all my vms, fridays was working. Not your fault
